During these daysin grade 1 and 5 Art lessons, we were creating some jewellery designs to participate in a Galician contest. We have to design some interesting and nice jewel to our mothers.
At grade 6 we were working on healthy eating in groups of three or four. At the end of the lesson we have decided to make a presentation or a recipe to show our mates what we were learning.
On Monday 18th February, Beth , our language assistant in 2015, came with nine students who are learning Spanish and another teacher to visit our school.
We waited for them at the hall and sang a song all the school together
Then they went in groups of three to all the classes and showed us a video from their school, we read a bilingual story,
and we danced a typical English song for kids "Hokey Pokey"
In the afternoon we went to the High School "Republica Oriental do Uruguai" to meet some pupils and to know how are our Secondary pupils working.
