Camera movement

Types

  • Panorammic: is a physical movement is achieved by making rotate the camera left and right. Soe placed the camera on a tripod and rotated on its axis. The pan can be horizontal or vertical (from top to bottom or vice versa).
  • Tracking shot or Travelling: is a physical movement is achieved by moving the camera around on rails. The camera moves in parallel with the accompanying character. Allows monitor the expression of the character that is in continuous motion.
  • Zoom: Optical movement that is done with the camera that have variable focal targets. Allows that objects are closer or move away to move the camera. Unlike the traveling, the objects that come close are compressed.
