Level 6 students study grammar, history, biology...and they speak too, but they can also COOK in English!!! Yes, they made a CHEESE CAKE and then they enjoyed it and they even invited teachers who congratulated them and ask for the recipe. Students invite you to try it.....
Cheese cake
Ingredients:
2 packets of biscuits
About 170 grm of butter
750 grm of cheese (Philadelphia like)
About 200 grm of sugar
A packet of jelly
A cup or glass of cream
How to make it
First wash your hands. Crumble the biscuits, melt the butter and mix to make a kind of mass to cover the base of the baker tin, put it into the fridge for about ten minutes.
Meanwhile, dissolve the jelly in a little hot water and mix with the cheese, the cream and sugar. Take the tin out of the fridge and pour this mixture into. Then put the tin in the fridge again for a day. Before serving you can add jam on the cover and decorate it and finally.......... enjoy it!
