Verbal language

Write to speak...

We already know some of the key functions that perform each of the languages that make up the radio message.

The verbal language is also pronounced in its written form. To speak, one must first write.

In radio is not written as we do normally, we have to think that our message will be oral, spoken.

Let us tell things and we have to do it naturally, as if they were face to face with our partner.

In radio communications there are no eyes nor gestures, interpersonal communication becomes difficult, what to do then ?

Here we have some guidelines on how to write to speak:

  • Be simple, using words clear and easy to understand.
  • Use a vocabulary affordable and short sentence
  • The repetition is a good resource, but should not be abused (can tire).
  • By reading must seek to use punctuation or adjusting more natural rhythm of the speaker / to the written conventions.
  • Efforts should be made to be as natural as possible, we do not notice that you're reading.
  • Make a list (script) of the basic points that will count, ordered with certain logic, looking for a simple structure.
  • There is a basic rule for all programs: the first sentence should interest, the second report.
