Easter

The Easter Bunny came to visit and left us lots of chocolate eggs. Due to the weather this year the egg hunt was inside. The kids had lots of fun finding all the yummy treats. Take a look!

Pancakes

The Elephants made pancakes!

They were absolutely delicious! Yummy yummy in my tummy.

These are the ingredients we used:

- 50gr. of butter

- 300ml of milk

- 2 eggs

- 200gr flour

- 1 tablespoon of yeast

- pinch of salt

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients. In a lightly oiled frying pan pour a scoop of batter and bake until brown on both sides. Serve with maple syrup.

The Koala class made rain clouds! It was a fun and easy experiment to do. First they filled a cup of water . Then they sprayed a bunch of shaving cream in the cup until it was just a small bit above the top of the cup. Then they added blue food coloring and paid close attention to what happened. The colored water began to seep down through the shaving cream and into the water below.

SINK OR FLOAT?

The Elephant Class had a lot of fun experimenting with density .

We collected items around the class for our experiment.

Then we filled a bucket with water. Before adding the objects to the water, the students predicted which objects they thought would sink and which would float.
