Studying food in English, we have found out different things. First of all, food may come from ANIMALS or PLANTS. Look:

Then, we asked our mates what their favourite food was and learnt that we cannot eat always whatever we want. We should eat a little bit of everything according to the food pyramid since not all food is good for us.

It is Cheeky's birthday. He's four now.
