TYPICAL  FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST

Serves one
Ingredients:
·         2 rashers of English back bacon
·         2 thin English sausages
·         1 tomato
·         1 free range egg
·         1/2 cup of Heinz baked beans
·         1 slice of bread to toast
·         Sunflower oil
·         Salt and pepper
·         Heinz tomato ketchup
·         3 closed cup mushrooms
·         2 hash browns
·         Butter
·         1 thick slice of black pudding

Method:
·         Sausages take the longest (about 12-15 minutes depending on size), so put them in a frying pan with some preheated oil, turn them regularly.
·         After about 5 minutes add the bacon to the same pan, once the bacon is cooked you can keep it hot on a plate in the oven.
·         Add the hash browns and black pudding to the frying pan. Heat some oil in another smaller pan and add the mushrooms.
·         Place your baked beans in a small sauce pan and heat over a medium-low heat until hot and little bubbles are starting to appear (don't boil them) this will take about 7 minutes.
·         Meanwhile cut the tomato in half and season with salt and pepper. Place face down on the pan with the mushrooms. Gently turn over and season again, cook for a further 2-3 minutes until tender but holding its shape. Now is a good time to put your toast in either the toaster or on the grill.
·         Gently crack an egg into a pan with sunflower oil on a low heat and cook until the white has set but the yolk still wobbles, season and gently remove
·         Serve everything on a warm plate and enjoy with a good dollop of ketchup and don't forget your brew!
