- Commenting on where we are in Module 3. Technical difficulties. Problems with exercises.

- Speaking Exam Practice. Task 2 (Card). 

TIP: Try to carry out the task in an orderly manner, i.e:

-Student B introduces the topic, eg: So, we need to choose one of these images to (illustrate a blog/design a poster/include is with an article..) on the topic of____. The first photograph... (say what you think it represents). Then ask Student A, eg: What does it mean to you, _________ (student's name)? 

-Student A contributes with an opinion, and then moves on to the 2nd image and explains what it means, and then asks Student B, eg:  Do you agree, _________ (student's name)?

-Student B gives their interpretation of the 2nd photo, moves on to explain the last image, and then asks for Student A's opinion, eg: What are your thoughts on this,  _________ (student's name)?

-Student A says what they think, and then moves to the 2nd instruction and gives their conclusion, eg: All right, having looked at all three images, I would say that the 1st/2nd/3rd image is the best choice because...

-it's the most... appealing/eye-catching/thought-provoking/convenient/convincing when it comes to talking about / when it comes to addressing the topic of

-it's suitable for the purpose of the blog/magazine/poster

- it puts the issue under the spotlight

- Group work: Creating an infographic with 6 tips selected from this video (watch only up to 3:00).

- Challenge your partners: Watch another video on food waste. Take notes on interesting data. Then, use it to make questions to ask the other team.

Language in the video:

foodwise = with respect to food
leftovers VS scraps= extra food that is left after everyone has eaten their meal VS small pieces of food that have not been eaten and are thrown away
