OBJECTIVES:  Learning the most important geographical and cultural features in English-speaking countries. Comparing alien cultures to one’s own.
CONTENTS:
• Vocabulary: Countries, languages and nationalities. Main rivers and mountain. The weather. Traditions. Adjectives of degree.
• Grammar: Present simple.
• Connectors: Also, too, as well
• Phonetics: Vowels (months of the year), third person –s.
• CLIL: Geography and Social Studies: Geographical features, weather and their effect on communities. .
KEY COMPETENCES:  linguistic communication, cultural and artistic competence, knowing and interacting with the world, social and civic competence, learning how to learn, autonomy and entrepreneurship.
EVALUATION:
• Being able of presenting a country and a Google Itinerary of its capital city, as if they were planning a holiday.
• Filling in a questionnaire with the information students get form their classmates’ presentations.
